How do invitations work?
An invitation grants membership only after acceptance. Email invitations require the matching verified address. Owners and admins manage invitations within their role permissions.
Who can open shared evidence?
Private workspace links require current access. If workspace policy allows an external evidence link, anyone holding that link can open its permitted evidence until expiry or revocation.
